Contact details are not automatically shared when a Guest views or expresses interest in a dating partner profile. A mutual-interest process may be required: the Guest expresses interest, the Dating Partner reviews the Guest profile, the Dating Partner expresses interest back, and Ensolanka verifies that mutual interest and platform conditions are satisfied.
Where appropriate and approved, Ensolanka may share limited profile information, compatibility-related details, event preferences, or contact options for the purpose of safe social coordination. We aim to avoid unnecessary disclosure of private phone, WhatsApp, email, address, payment, or document information.
Ensolanka may review, restrict, hide, suspend, or report profiles where we suspect harassment, fraud, exploitation, prostitution, trafficking, fake relationships, immigration abuse, financial manipulation, or other unlawful or harmful behavior.
The Payment Center may process or display payable items such as Confirmation Fee, One-Time Service Fee, Featured Profile Fee, rental deposit, monthly rental, furniture deposit, monthly furniture rental, dating event payments, assistant arrangement fees, transport fees, departure support fees, legal coordination fees, and other approved charges.
